About

সেরা means the best. It also carries the sound of the tiger.

We are not a media company and not an agency. We are the infrastructure that lets an honest opinion be found, priced, protected and paid — which is the part of this market nobody has built.

There is a moment that repeats itself a few million times a day across Bangladesh. Someone is about to buy something — earbuds, a serum, a restaurant, a saree. They have the money in hand and the page open. And then they stop, open another tab, and type the product name and the word “review”.

What they are looking for is very specific: a person who has already spent this money and is willing to say what happened next. Not a model, not an actor holding the box at a flattering angle, not a superstar reading a line they were paid to read. Ordinary lighting, ordinary room, ordinary Bangla, and a sentence like “packaging ta bhalo, but battery backup ta jemon bolse temon na”.

That video changes the purchase. The commercial never did. Trust used to belong to whoever could afford production; it has moved to whoever sounds like you, buys like you, and has nothing to gain from lying. And the strangest part is why the amateur version wins: not despite the shaky frame and the unscripted pause, but because of them. The rough edge is the proof.

Two crowds are standing on either side of that shift. Thousands of Bangladeshis who already make this content for nothing and would happily make it for a living. Hundreds of brands who know they need it and will pay for it. Between them: no directory, no rates, no contracts, no quality bar, no way to pay, no way to trust. Just DMs and luck.

So the honest reviewers stay unpaid, the brands keep buying attention that no longer works, and the audience — the only party nobody negotiates with — slowly learns that reviews here are for sale. Everybody loses to a problem that is not about people at all.

SheraBrand is that missing bridge. We don't manufacture trust; we find the people who already have it, put them in front of the brands who need it, and make sure that exchange is fair, disclosed and paid on time.

What we believe

Four commitments that settle most arguments before they start.

01

Authenticity

Our inventory is credibility. We verify audiences, protect honest verdicts, enforce disclosure and refuse to sell fake anything — because the moment a review here can be bought, we have nothing left to sell.

02

Access

No agency, no studio, no English, no follower minimum. A phone, an opinion and effort. Onboarding, briefs and support are Bangla-first, because the most persuasive sentence in this market is a Bangla sentence.

03

Livelihood

This is not a hobby platform. Rates are published, payments are pre-funded and prompt, and a creator's record travels with them. Late payment is treated as a product failure, not an accounting delay.

04

Results

Honest content is not charity — it converts. Brands see what each creator delivered and rebook on evidence, which is also the mechanism that keeps trust priced above reach.

How we talk

Plainly, and with a number wherever there could be an adjective.

We say

“৳4,500 goes out on 12 September.”

We don't say

“Payment will be processed in due course.”

The same rule governs everything we publish: if a claim has no evidence behind it, the sentence does not ship. We are asking an entire market to be more honest than it currently is, which is difficult to do from behind a press release.

Accountability

How we should be judged.

Deliberately not on app downloads, social followers or total reach. These are the numbers that would actually tell you whether the marketplace is working for the people in it.

  1. 01

Verified creators, not signups — inventory, not noise

  2. 02

Days from joining to a creator's first paid campaign

  3. 03

Percentage of payments released on the promised date

  4. 04

Median creator earnings, not just the top of the table

  5. 05

Brands that rebook within sixty days

  6. 06

Cost per result against the brand's other channels

  7. 07

Disclosure compliance across every published piece

  8. 08

Accounts removed for bought engagement, published twice a year

Boundaries

What we are not.

  • Not an agency. We do not own the creators, take a cut of their other work, or produce content ourselves — the moment we make content we compete with our own supply.
  • Not a talent list. An introduction is the easy part. Verification, briefs, approvals, guaranteed payment and proof of results are the parts that break, and those are the product.
  • Not an ad network. We do not sell impressions or reach. What is bought here is a specific person's credibility, with their name on it.
  • Not a growth service. We will not help anyone gain followers. Growth hacking attracts precisely the people this marketplace is designed to keep out.
  • Not neutral about honesty. We are always fair about money, but when the two sides conflict the tiebreaker is whichever choice keeps the content believable.
A Bangladesh where “creator” is an ordinary job title — and where the first question a brand asks isn't who's famous, but who's trusted.

Creators, brands, agencies, journalists and people who think we have got something wrong are all equally welcome. Especially the last group.
